
I have been going to Debbie’s slow flow yoga classes for 8 years and they are so suitable for me. The poses are not too difficult and can be modified to suit which is wonderful. Keeping healthy joints is so important especially as we get older and this yoga class is the best.

Debbie is an outstanding teacher of yoga with deep knowledge of how to strengthen and care for the body.She can adapt poses and movements to individual needs so we trust we are safe.I have been in Debbie’s classes for about 10 years and I am now 80 years old and living a full and active life, so thank you Debbie – always feel fantastic after your class!
